We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day setups may be possible depending on availability, so get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate.
6. What areas do you cover in the UAE?
We mainly cover Dubai and surrounding areas. If your event is outside of Dubai, we may still be able to help depending on location. Additional delivery charges may apply.
7. Do you offer full setup and collection?
Yes. All of our packages include delivery, professional setup, and collection. We aim to make the experience completely stress-free for you.
8. How do I pay and secure my booking?
We accept bank transfer, cash, and payment links. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due prior to the event date.
9. Can I cancel or change my booking?
You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your event, subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date.
