Delivery Areas

• We primarily offer delivery services within Dubai and surrounding areas.
  
• If your event is outside of Dubai, we may still be able to assist depending on the location and availability.
  
• Additional delivery charges may apply for locations outside our standard service areas.

Delivery Timing

• Delivery times are scheduled based on your event date, venue access, and setup requirements.
  
• Exact delivery and collection times will be confirmed closer to the event date.
  
• We aim to deliver in a timely manner; however, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or venue restrictions may cause minor delays.
  

Setup & Collection

• Where applicable, setup and collection services are included or quoted separately based on your booking.
  
• Items must be accessible for collection at the agreed time following the event.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, venue access issues, or delays caused by the client or venue, additional charges may apply.
