Terms of Service

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, rentals, and services provided by Sign & Easel Co DXB (“we”, “us”, “our”). By confirming a booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, email, or through our official website.
  • A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before the scheduled event date.
  • No booking is considered confirmed or final until:
  • The deposit has been received, and
    All event details have been agreed and confirmed.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
  • Accepted payment methods include:
    Bank transfer
    Cash
    Online payment links
    Card payment (upon request)
  • Prices quoted are based on the agreed scope of work.

    Custom designs, add-ons, special access requirements, or location constraints may result in additional charges.

3. Delivery & Collection

  • Standard delivery and collection services are available within Dubai.
  • A AED 300 surcharge applies to all bookings outside of Dubai.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring clear and timely access to the venue at the agreed delivery and collection times.
  • Additional charges may apply in cases including, but not limited to:
    Delayed or restricted venue access
    Stair access or absence of lifts
    Difficult or unsafe venue entry conditions

4. Setup Time & Venue Access

  • Clients must provide accurate event start times and allow sufficient time for setup.
  • A safe, clear, and accessible setup area must be provided upon arrival.
  • Any venue restrictions, access windows, permits, or special requirements must be communicated in advance.
  • Failure to provide adequate access may result in delays, modified setups, or additional charges.

5. Damages, Loss & Misuse

  • The client accepts full responsibility for all hired items during the rental period.
  • Any damage, loss, theft, or misuse of items—including signage, easels, props, LED letters, or photo booth equipment—will be charged at full replacement value.
  • Normal wear and tear is excluded; however, damage caused by negligence, misuse, weather exposure, or third parties is chargeable.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • Cancellation terms are as follows:
    More than 7 days before the event: 50% of the deposit will be refunded
    Within 48 hours of the event: Non-refundable
  • Date changes are subject to availability and may incur rescheduling or admin fees.

7. Weather Policy

  • For all outdoor events, clients must arrange a suitable indoor backup option.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, adjust, or remove outdoor setups if weather conditions (including wind, sandstorms, rain, or extreme heat) pose a risk to our team or equipment.
  • No liability will be accepted for weather-related interruptions beyond our control.

8. Photos & Marketing

  • We may photograph or record your event setup for use on our:
    Website
    Social media channels
    Marketing and promotional materials
  • If you do not consent to this, written notice must be provided at the time of booking.
