You can book by contacting us via WhatsApp at +971 58 599 0095 or +971 52 195 6633. You can also message us on Instagram. Once we confirm availability, we'll walk you through the options, secure the date, and handle the rest.
2. Do you offer customised packages?
Yes, all our setups are fully customisable. Whether it's changing balloon colours, adding florals, or tailoring props, we will adapt the design to suit your occasion, style, and budget.
3. Can I choose specific balloon colours or themes?
Absolutely. We offer a wide range of colours including chrome, matte, pastel, and metallic finishes. You can select a theme, send us inspiration, or leave it to our stylists to create something special.
4. Do you set up at hotels, villas, yachts, and beaches?
Yes, we work with a wide range of venues across Dubai. We've styled events at hotels, private residences, rooftop terraces, beaches, yachts, and more. Just let us know your location and we'll take care of logistics.
5. Do you provide same-day or last-minute bookings?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day setups may be possible depending on availability, so get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate.
6. What areas do you cover in the UAE?
We mainly cover Dubai and surrounding areas. If your event is outside of Dubai, we may still be able to help depending on location. Additional delivery charges may apply.
7. Do you offer full setup and collection?
Yes. All of our packages include delivery, professional setup, and collection. We aim to make the experience completely stress-free for you.
8. How do I pay and secure my booking?
We accept bank transfer, cash, and payment links. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due prior to the event date.
9. Can I cancel or change my booking?
You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your event, subject to availability. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date.
10. Can you recreate a specific design or Pinterest look?
Yes. Share your vision or reference images and we'll bring it to life using our styling elements. Whether you want something minimal or over-the-top, we've got you covered.
